As characterised by the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) is: ÒOffensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, an abuse or misuse of power through means intended to undermine, humiliate, denigrate or injure the recipient.Ó Although it is not currently possible (at the time of writing) to make a direct complaint to an employment tribunal about bullying, employees might be able to bring complaints under laws that currently exist to prevent discrimination in the workplace.
